Six3Tile Homeowner Warranty

Warranty Coverage
Six3Tile (“Company”) provides a limited 5-year warranty (“Warranty”) to the original homeowner purchaser (“Owner”) of Six3Tile products (“Products”) for residential use. This Warranty applies to Products purchased online directly from the Products manufacturer and installed in a single-family residential home and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Warranty Period
The Warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for a period of five (5) years. This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Owner who purchased the Products directly from the Company or an authorized reseller.

What Is Covered

Product Quality: The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, ensuring the product meets Six3Tile’s quality standards.

Performance: The product will perform under normal residential use conditions, as specified in the product guidelines.

Color Consistency: We guarantee that the product's color will remain consistent, as per the specifications at the time of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

Installation Issues: Any defects arising from improper installation, or failure to follow recommended installation practices.

Wear and Tear: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as scratches, stains, or discoloration over time.

Environmental Damage: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, water submersion, or natural disasters.

Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, physical abuse, or improper maintenance of the product.

Warranty Limitations

Replacement and Repair: If a defect is found, Six3Tile will provide replacement tiles or repair the defective area at no cost to the homeowner. This is the sole remedy under this warranty.

Shade Variation: Replacement tiles may vary slightly in color due to natural variations in the manufacturing process.

Limitations of Liability: Six3Tile’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we are not responsible for labor costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the product.

Warranty Claim Process
To make a claim under this Warranty, the Owner must:

Notify the Company in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Allow the Company or its authorized representative to inspect the Product in question.
The Company's obligation under this Warranty is limited to the cost of the Product. The Company is not responsible for any labor or installation costs, or for any incidental or consequential damages.

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Product was purchased.
